GF series products are multi-functional small gantry machining centers, which are extensively applied into automobile industry, air plane industry, printing and packing industry, textile industry, Petroleum and Chemical industry and train industry  to  process  various kind of  plate , disc, box, frame , modules and other kinds of  precision  parts. It can finish milling, drilling, boring, reaming and tapping at one fix.

The bed adopts high-strength material and be processed by resin. There are“米” type strength cross inside the casting  to promote machine rigidity and strength.

In order to make it capable of strong cutting and make sure of its rigidity because of long cross beam, the beam adopts big section truss structure and have released inner force. The beam guide way adopts heavy duty linear roller guide way, which features high positioning accurate, anti-vibration, high stability and extended life of the machine.

X axis servo motor drives work table for cut feeding, it makes sure its positioning accuracy and no crawling during low speed feeding. It has enough stability so that it can lock at any place during working.

Y axis cartridges adopts servo motor drive big ball screw directly in order to reduce transmission media and promote stability and accuracy. The ball screw adopts big diameter and small thread lead in order to promote transmission accuracy and make the machine more suitable for machining module.

The ram guide-way of Z axis adopts cast- iron rigid-rail structure to achieve very high cutting anti-vibration. Z shaft adopt the AC servo motor directly drive big diameter rolling screw. This can reduce transmission-chain and raise the reliability and accuracy.
