LG series products are second generation CNC lathe products from our company. The 45°slant machine bed features high performance and high stability and can provide perfect machining method. The machine features beautiful appearance, high reliability and the man-machine function is fully exhibited. With world advanced control and driven system, the machine is a turning device with high accuracy, high stability and high efficiency.

The series machine is with mould design; We are able to special functions or customized products according to different configurations and different requirements from customer. The mean time, we are able to convert this type into turning centers.

The machine is with cylinder gusset plate structure. And can be equip with side or postposition chip conveyor. The machine bed is with water-oil separate structure.

With High rigidity,  hard guide ways with plastic covering the machine, it has good dynamic performance.

The main transmission system is driven by high performance AC servo spindle motor and the spindle gear box is with non-gear transmission, full closed grease lubrication, which features lower noise, lower heat emission and balance in machine motion.

The spindle front and back bearing are all angle touching bearing group, which enables heavy duty cutting force in both radial and axis directions.

With original packing electrical(Hydraulic)turret, the machine can realize heavy duty cutting in high rigidity, adjacent tool selection in double sides and promote production efficiency.

Both X and Z axis are driven by AC servo motors and realize, semi-closed control. And the full-closed control is optional.

The tail stock quill is with core axis rotary structure.  programmable tail stock is optional.

The machine is with full closed safety guard design, swing type operation table with safety measurement and alarm device.

The well-designed chip conveyer and water tank separate structure is convent for cleaning. The cooling system is with high-lift soft pump and can make sure that machining component is well cooled during machining.
