8. Provide several options for cooling system, high lift pump, large flow, high pressure, to obtain a satisfactory chip cleaning and cooling effect.
9. CNC lathe configure high-performance hydraulic turret and turning -milling composite machine tool configures hydraulic servo power turret, which can achieve high speed automatic adjacent tool selection in double sides. The power turret adopts advanced BMT / VBI structure, with high strength, high rigidity, high repositioning accuracy and easy to replace.
10. Solid hydraulic power chuck is adopted for easy loading and unloading. Hollow hydraulic power chuck also can be adopted with optional automatic feeding machine.
11. High rigidity synthetic Y-axis structure, stable and reliable.
12. Auto-door is configurable for easy loading and unloading and reducing of labor intensity. The machine can also realize single machine automation production or be used with automatic line robot.
